Return and Refund Policy of Punto de Padel
1. Introduction
At Punto de Padel, we aim to provide high-quality padel products that meet your expectations. However, if you decide that you wish to return a product, please see our policy below.
2. Return period
You have the right to return an item within 14 days. The return period expires 14 days after the day you received the item.
3. Conditions for returning
To return a product, you must ensure that:
- The product has not been used and is in its original condition. In the case of padel rackets: they must NOT have been played with. Rackets and shoes that have been used will NOT be accepted for return. If you return a racket, and it shows signs of play, no refund will be issued, and the racket will be sent back to you.
- The product is complete and in its original packaging.
- All labels and stickers are still attached to the product.
4. How to return a product
To return a product, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within the return period using our contact form to register your return.
- You will receive instructions for returning your product.
- Send the product back to the address we provide.
- Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process the refund or exchange.
5. Cost of returning
The cost of returning the product is your responsibility. Punto de Padel is not liable for lost return shipments.
If you do not comply with these conditions, you will not be able to exchange/return the items. All administrative costs incurred (7.75 euros) will be charged to the customer.
6. Refund
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
