General Terms and Conditions of Punto de padel

1. Definitions

  • Seller: Punto de Padel, located at Lindenstraat 41 in Tessenderlo, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number BE 0831.740.752.
  • Buyer: the natural person or legal entity who enters into an agreement with the Seller.
  • Products: all goods that are the subject of a purchase agreement.
  • Agreement: any agreement or contract between the seller and the buyer, of which the general terms and conditions form an integral part.

2. Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from the seller and to every agreement concluded between the seller and the buyer.

3. Offer and agreement

  • Each offer contains such information that it is clear to the buyer what rights and obligations are attached to accepting the offer.
  • An agreement is concluded, subject to the provisions of paragraph 4, at the moment the buyer places an order through the seller's website.

4. Prices and payments

  • The prices mentioned in the offer of products or services include VAT.
  • Payment must be made in the manner indicated by the seller within the stipulated payment term.

5. Delivery and Delivery Time

  • The seller shall take the greatest possible care in receiving and executing product orders.
  • The place of delivery is the address that the buyer has made known to the company.

6. Right of withdrawal

  • Upon purchasing products, the buyer has the option to dissolve the agreement without giving any reason for 14 days. This reflection period commences on the day after the buyer receives the product. Please read our written return and refund policy for more information.

7. Complaints procedure

  • Complaints about the execution of the agreement must be submitted to the seller fully and clearly described within a reasonable time after the buyer has discovered the defects.
  • Complaints submitted to the seller will be answered within a period of 14 days from the date of receipt. If a complaint is expected to require a longer processing time, the seller will respond within the 14-day period with an acknowledgment of receipt and an indication when the buyer can expect a more detailed answer.
