  • Estimated delivery time is 3-5 working days.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and availability of the products. Holidays and peak shipping periods can lead to longer delivery times.

3. Shipping costs

Shipping costs will be clearly stated during the checkout process. For orders over 100 euros, we offer free standard shipping.

4. Order processing

Orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays will be processed the next business day.

5. Tracking orders

After your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number, allowing you to track your order online.

6. Damaged or lost shipments

In the rare case that your order arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible to file a claim. We will make every effort to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
